Olga Hitchen has a lifelong history with St. John’s. When growing up, she and her family maintained Hitchen’s Cycle Shop (Bill’s Cycle Shop as known to the locals in later years) for over 40 years. When it came time to make her own name and fortune, she moved to Ontario and developed a well rounded business skills set. Once established, she decided to return home and started working in St. John’s real estate.

Her knowledge, experience and demeanor date back to before mass listing services, speedy Internet communication, and the ever present cell phone. Vaughan Underhay - RE/MAXVaughan Underhay

Vaughn Underhay is a St. John’s original son. He learned to connect with people early on in life and built his career around his interest in helping others succeed. Aside from helping people find homes, he has also invested in the local community through the RE/MAX CMN Miracle Home Program and the Sold on a Cure Program for breast cancer research. He has volunteered at food banks and soup kitchens and coached minor sports teams.

Originally in sales, Vaughan has always been an entrepreneur at heart. He has trained and developed employees and had a hand in the launch and growth of successful local businesses. He has completed many professional and personal development courses throughout his career.

Through real estate, Vaughan found a way to combine a love of people, business savvy, and community investments into one career. His passion is evident through his industry awards.
